The Multiloader 300 is another in the series of refurbished equipment offered by TI-BA Enterprises. This compact multiloader automatically loads and unloads cassettes and processes the film with an integrated 270 RA processor. The cycle time is quick and a darkroom is not needed. This unit is ideal for:

Following are the standard steps taken in the refurbishing process for the ML300:

• All panels are refinished.
• Cassette transport rollers and belts are replaced.
• All wire harnesses are inspected.
• Entire pneumatic system is cleaned, repaired and verified for proper operation.
• Processor is rebuilt, including racks.
• All required modifications are installed.
• All parameters are adjusted to the latest configuration.
• Interface operation is verified.
• All film magazines are inspected and repaired (where necessary) and adjusted for various sizes. Magazine settings can be ordered to meet your specific needs.
• All motors are inspected for proper operation.
• All adjustments and settings of the cassette, film pocket and processor section are performed.
• Unit is shipped with latest software version
• All machines are tested in full operation for 48 hours and the completion of 1000 cycles of error free film handling.
• Units are shipped with complete pre-pack for installation.
• Humidifier can be ordered and installed for an additional cost.
