Refurbished Multiloader 700 Series Daylight System
The Multiloader 700 is another in the series of refurbished equipment offered by TI-BA Enterprises. This daylight equipment can be added to your film processor to eliminate the need for a darkroom and to streamline workflow.
Following are
the standard steps taken in the refurbishing process for the
ML700:
Frame is
inspected and refinished where neccesary
All panels
and electrical drawer are refinished.
Vacuum pumps
and Compressor are rebuilt.
Cassette
transport belt and conveyor belts are replaced.
All wire
harnesses, switches, sensors and ribbon cables are inspected.
All film
magazines are inspected and repaired (where necessary) and adjusted
for various sizes. Magazine settings can be ordered to meet your
specific needs.
All guide
rollers on film pocket are replaced.
Humidifier
is rebuilt and operation is verified.
Tunnel interface
is rebuilt and operation is verified.
Correct operation
and voltage of power supply is verified. All motors are inspected
and checked for proper operation. Entire pneumatic system is checked
for proper operation.
All adjustments
and settings are performed on both the cassette and film pocket
sections.
All parameters
are adjusted to latest configuration.
Unit is shipped
with the latest software version.
Units are
shipped with a complete pre-pack for proper installation. Tunnel
and infill panels are included.
All required
modifications are installed to bring unit up to the standard ML700/PLUS.
