Kodak/Carestream Series M6/CW 90-Second Processor
The Kodak/Carestream M6/CW is our flagship processor. This industry workhorse has been a proven performer for over three decades and continues, even in today's progressive radiology environment.

Plumbing
When the new tank is installed in a readied frame, the re-plumbing of the unit begins with the installation of new tubing throughout. The machine recirculation pump is installed, as well as a Gorman-Rupp replenishment pump to ensure accurate replenishment rates. A new incoming water solenoid valve and flow control valve are installed to assist in water conservation in this cold-water unit. The cold water kit (CWK1) is used in the developer plumbing to facilitate the use of cold water.

Temperature Sensing
The Kodak/Carestream M6/CW is reassembled using a new solid-state developer controller, which will guarantee a set temperature of .5°. A new developer thermistor for temperature sensing control completes the assembly. The March recirculation pump is used to circulate the developer and fixer to ensure uniform temperature throughout. The developer is filtered through an OEM filter canister assembly and a new Digital Developer Temperature Gauge (DDTG1) is installed to provide an external developer temperature read-out. This system is protected by a developer over temp protection thermostat. The dryer is controlled by a new dryer thermostat, which allows this system to maintain temperatures adequate to dry films processed in the 90-second process cycle. The automatic dryer over temperature thermostat provides protection and increased security in the event of system failure. A new blower motor is installed and used to recirculate the tempered air through the system. The blower assembly, which is completely rebuilt using new bearings, main drive shaft, squirrel cage and machined pulleys completes the dryer control section

External Features
All units are finished with beige panel sets. New panel sets are available as an add on option.

Electrical Requirements
This unit requires 240 volts. 30amp. Other electrical configurations can be accommodated upon request.

Water Requirements
Requires cold water only. The use of a CWK-1 (Cold Water Kit) is added to the plumbing to accommodate the cold water. Other specifications available upon request.

Controlled Testing Environment
TI-BA refurbished processors are tested for a minimum of 36 hours to ensure trouble-free operation prior to shipment to customer locations. All adjustments and calibrations are performed during this period.

Available Options
New Panel Sets | Silicone D/F X-Over & Wash Upgrade | Speed Conversions | Drip Tray | New Dryer Rollers | Small Chain Dev. Rack | Air Exhaust Kit |

Electrical
A new and complete main wire harness is installed and all detectors, switches, indicators and relays are replaced with new assemblies. The transformer is inspected and wired with a new transformer wiring assembly. All Kodak/Carestream M6/CW's are equipped with an automatic standby control.

Drive and Transport
At the heart of the TI-BA Kodak/Carestream M6/CW are the drive and transport assemblies. The drive assembly is completely refurbished, using a fully-reconditioned and completely refurbished main drive assembly and dryer drive assembly. The dryer is fully reconditioned with new dryer blocks, pulleys and belt. The final and most important part of the system are the rack transport assemblies. TI-BA built rack assemblies use only the highest quality transport rollers. The Kodak/Carestream M6/CW transport system consists of detector, developer, fixer, wash, developer/fixer crossover, fixer/wash crossover and squeegee.
