Industrial Film Processors

TI-BA Enterprises is known in the industry for both workmanship and reliability in our refurbished processor program. We continue to offer and improve the most comprehensive program in the marketplace today. Our processors are refurbished to meet all of the OEM operating specifications.vAll subsequent upgrades and modifications also are standard.

Our Process – And life cycle begins again.
Each processor that is obtained from one of our distributors is completely disassembled down to the bare frame. Next, the frame and all parts are stripped down to bare metal, primed and repainted.

The chemical processing tanks are replaced with new. Blower assemblies are reassembled with new bearings, shaft and squirrel cage. New pumps and a reconditioned main drive motor are installed and all electrical wiring is replaced with new, as are all electrical components (UL listed). New thermostats for dryer temperature and new style developer controllers are standard, as are magnetic film detectors and bellows-type replenishment pumps.

Processors include a standby control and are converted for cold-water wash. New pulleys, supports and plastics are now standard items on TI-BA refurbished processors. State-of-the-art digital developer thermometers also are included. Film transport racks are built using all new parts and rollers. Guide shoes are either new or reconditioned.

Lastly, each unit is run in full operational mode for at least 36 hours prior to shipment.
