Please have the model and serial number of your system available for faster identification. If the system is no longer under a support contract, or wasn’t purchased from TI-BA, there will be a charge for our technicians to service your system. Support is billed hourly, one hour minimum.

Please have a credit card or purchase order ready, as payment is due at time of service.
